1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using kerala.solar, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Any participation in our services will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Subsidy Applications

As part of our turnkey engineering solutions, Kerala.Solar assists consumers in applying for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. However, final subsidy disbursements are exclusively controlled by the Government of India and KSEB.

• Kerala.Solar guarantees flawless submission of the paperwork but does not assume legal liability for government delays in fund disbursement.
• Consumers must have active, legal tax accounts and valid ownership of the residential property to be eligible.

3. Quotes & Calculator Accuracy

The outputs provided by the Solar Savings Calculator are estimates only, based on standard regional sunlight exposure and generalized KSEB slab tariffs. Actual generation, costs, and ROI are subject to precise local site conditions (shadows, azimuth angle, wiring conditions) determined during our Free Site Visit.

4. Installation Timeline

We commit to rapid installation timelines. However, complete system live status is subjected to net-metering approval cycles by your local KSEB section office, which may vary by region due to statutory checks.

5. Warranties & Guarantee

All solar panels installed by Kerala.Solar carry an automated 25-Year Performance Warranty by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Inverters operate under dedicated 5 to 10-year OEM warranties. Kerala.Solar guarantees its aluminum coastal mounting structures against structural defects for 5 years.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam District, Kerala.
